These terms define the conditions for using GeumDdu, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the operator.

2. Service

The service provides damage calculation, Speed comparison, team management, selection support, inquiry board, and administrator data management for Pokemon Champions ranked battles.

The service is an unofficial fan-made analysis tool and is not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or related companies.

3. Account

Users may create or access an account through Google sign-in.

Users are responsible for managing their own accounts and for results arising from account use.

4. User Obligations

• Do not infringe another person's personal information, account, or rights
• Do not register or transmit false information, illegal information, malicious code, or excessive automated requests
• Do not interfere with service operation or exploit security vulnerabilities
• Do not post abuse, defamation, advertising, spam, or rights-infringing content on the inquiry board
• Use the service and data under applicable laws and these terms

5. Restrictions

If a user violates these terms or harms service stability, security, or another person's rights, the operator may remove posts, block access, restrict accounts, or delete data as needed.

6. Data and Calculations

Calculation results, recommendations, usage data, and Pokemon information are based on public in-game information, public APIs, and operator-entered data.

Actual game results may differ due to delayed updates, calculation logic differences, external data errors, or delayed game patch reflection.

Users should treat results as reference material, and the service does not guarantee wins, strategy performance, completeness, or error-free data.

7. Posts and Inquiries

Inquiry board content may be stored and displayed for service operation, responses, and quality improvement.

The operator may hide, edit, or delete inappropriate posts or posts that violate laws or these terms without prior notice.

Rights to the service source code, screen composition, operator-written documents, and database structure belong to the operator or lawful right holders.
